Effective project management is pivotal to any construction or development project. At Coveny Group, we manage the entire building and/or renovation process from inception to completion. Our knowledgable team work with you to achieve and deliver exceptional results at every phase of your project.
Commercial.
Before starting Coveny Group, Managing Director, Aaron, specialised in commercial projects and includes the New World Supermarkets and Burger King refurbishments as part of his portfolio. Most recently Coveny Group completed the interior fit-out of Puma NZ Flagship Store in Dressmart Onehunga and the Huffer Clothing stores in Ponsonby and Britomart.
Residential.
Coveny Group has extensive experience in both new-build construction and renovation projects. Established in 2012, our company has grown almost solely by word of mouth from happy clients. We take pride in being able to manage, build and advise on projects of every era and style, from heritage to designer.
Design + Build.
Our passion is you! With our design + build packages, we streamline the design and building process to improve the overall experience for our clients. Designing and building your own home should be exciting and we thrive on sharing that excitement with you. Having visibility from the start, we are in a prime position to partner with you and create an end to end design, cost and build service that uses forward thinking design and construction techniques to improve efficiencies. Whether you are yet to find land, or further along in the process talk to us to create a bespoke design plan and merge outstanding design with expert construction.
Sustainability.
With 18 years of experience in the industry, we have seen the shift to more conscious choices in the construction space. At Coveny Group we are passionate about sustainability, not because it’s “fashionable” but because there is hard evidence to show the benefits of doing so. Using energy-efficient, renewable or recycled materials lessens a person's environmental footprint, or impact on resource use and pollution. A green home produces fewer carbon emissions through efficient energy use, keeps trash out of landfills and lessens the impact of new construction on the world's finite resources. Coveny Group is a family run project management and construction business. Founded by Aaron Coveny in 2012, our business has a reputation for the smooth co-ordination and completion of high-end projects. The strength of our business lies in our people, relationships, experience and approach. With a team of Licensed Building Practitioners and expert subcontractors we are small enough to be personal, yet large enough to have the experience and expertise we need to complete your project to perfection.
